Emerald Isle Sazerac
1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz Dillon’s Vermouth
1/2 oz Averna Amaro
3 drops Dillon’s Wormwood Bitters
Orange peel twist
Chill a rocks glass. Mix ingredients together with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with orange peel. Enjoy!
*There are more complicated ways to make this drink, but we tested this and it tastes just fine.
